Zoe & Nico's Dream Wedding Weekend at St. Regis Longboat Key
Some weddings simply have a little extra magic, and Zoe and Nico's wedding at St. Regis Longboat Key was one of those unforgettable celebrations.
Planned to perfection by Brittany and her incredible team at Be Wed, every detail of the day came together seamlessly, creating an experience that was as beautiful as it was memorable.
A Stunning Beachside Ceremony
The celebration began with a breathtaking ceremony overlooking the Gulf waters of Longboat Key. Guests were welcomed to a romantic beachside setting featuring our Hollis Chairs surrounding a custom 6-foot round ceremony platform.
The aisle was transformed into a lush floral masterpiece by Gather and Grace, creating a soft and elegant pathway for Zoe's walk down the aisle. The combination of the coastal backdrop, perfect weather, and thoughtfully designed details made for an unforgettable ceremony setting.
Capturing every meaningful moment were the talented teams from Everence Photography, Storybook Films, and Velzy Coastal, ensuring the couple would have every memory preserved for years to come.
Cocktail Hour on the Grand Lawn
Following the ceremony, Curate Entertainment led guests toward cocktail hour with the smooth sounds of a live saxophone performance, setting the tone for an incredible evening ahead.
Cocktail hour was hosted on the Grand Lawn, where guests gathered around our Hunter Lounge Collection, custom-branded bar, and cocktail tables while enjoying handcrafted cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres from the exceptional St. Regis team.
The lawn offered the perfect atmosphere for guests to relax, mingle, and soak in the beauty of the property before dinner.
An Incredible Sailcloth Tent Reception
As the sun began to set, guests made their way into one of the most breathtaking reception spaces we've had the privilege of helping create.
A stunning floral entrance designed by Gather and Grace welcomed guests into a beautiful sailcloth tent provided by US Tent. Inside, elegant linens from Nuage created the perfect foundation for an evening of dining, dancing, and celebration.
For the reception, Stella Rose Events provided the dance floor, Hunter lounge groupings, custom bars, lighting, and draping throughout the tent. One of our favorite design elements was the arrangement of Hunter sofas positioned back-to-back with a custom sofa table between them, overflowing with lush floral installations. The result was a sophisticated lounge experience that blended seamlessly into the overall design while encouraging guests to gather and connect throughout the evening.
The warm glow of the lighting, layered textures, and incredible floral design transformed the tent into an elegant yet inviting space for the celebration.
Dancing the Night Away
Following dinner, the dance floor remained packed as family and friends celebrated Zoe and Nico well into the evening.
But the celebration didn't stop there.
Guests continued the festivities upstairs for an after-party in the ballroom, where Stella Rose Events provided olive green draping, lounge furniture, bars, and cocktail tables to completely transform the space. Weber Scenic Productions elevated the experience with custom trussing, disco ball installations, and additional production elements that created the perfect late-night atmosphere.
The Perfect Ending
From the stunning ceremony on the beach to the incredible after-party celebration, every moment of Zoe and Nico's wedding reflected thoughtful planning, amazing vendor collaboration, and the sweetest couple imaginable.
We're incredibly grateful to have been part of such a beautiful day alongside an outstanding team of wedding professionals. Perfect weather, stunning design, and a room full of people celebrating love made this one of those weddings we'll be talking about for years to come.
